Cookies and browser storage
Cookies are small pieces of data that a service can save in your browser. Local storage, known as localStorage, is a separate technology that allows a website to remember information on your device.
The hotel's website does not integrate visitor analytics or advertising tracking tools. The external services described below are used for typefaces, chat, enquiries and bookings.
Summer or winter preference
The pizzalto-season entry in localStorage saves your summer or winter choice in the browser you are using. It restores your chosen season and does not contain your name, email address or booking details.
The website does not set an expiry for this preference: it is updated when you change seasons and can be removed by clearing the website's data in your browser. Closing the window does not necessarily remove the preference.
Google Fonts
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts servers at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading them creates an external connection that transmits your IP address and technical request data, independently of the seasonal preference stored in your browser.
SimpleBooking and reCAPTCHA
When you use the enquiry form or open the booking service, your browser connects to SimpleBooking. The embedded service may use cookies and other technologies; the form includes Google reCAPTCHA to prevent automated requests and abuse.
reCAPTCHA uses a cookie for its security checks when it runs. Information displayed by the service during an enquiry or booking applies to that service; it does not replace the hotel's website privacy information.
Otello chatbot and conversation
The Otello widget uses browser local and session storage to manage the conversation identifier, messages and chat preferences. These data are separate from the website's summer or winter preference.
You can remove them by clearing website data in your browser settings. For information about message processing, read the Privacy and personal data page or contact the hotel.
Managing data on your device
You can manage or delete cookies and website data in your browser settings. To remove the seasonal preference, you need to clear the website's local storage as well as its cookies. Blocking data used by external services may prevent those services from working correctly.
